Aktiv Assignment Loading and Submission Issues

Starting Friday afternoon, students reported that Aktiv assignments were not loading and were instead seeing a consistent error message across multiple courses. Only assignments that were currently active or due were impacted; past-due assignments continued to load normally.

Throughout the weekend, additional issues were identified related to assignment visibility and question rendering. These included:

- Students being unable to scroll through their assignments to view all questions.
- Certain numeric-entry questions displaying broken LaTeX in student view, rendering the question unreadable despite appearing correctly in instructor view.
- Intermittent messages stating that submissions could not be completed. Although this message appeared for some users, the underlying submissions were saved and graded correctly.

All issues identified between Friday and Sunday have now been fully resolved. Assignments are loading as expected, all questions render properly, and student submissions are being recorded and displayed accurately.
